No. The $499 listing package does not include an additional Fairway Realty commission, administrative fee, or transaction fee at closing. If you choose additional services, we'll agree on their cost before providing them. Your normal closing expenses and any buyer-agent compensation you agree to are separate.

My State MLS, which provides statewide Kentucky coverage. This is not a listing in a local Realtor association's MLS. From My State MLS, your listing is distributed to participating real estate websites; distribution varies by property type and listing category.

We provide applicable seller disclosure forms for you to complete. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your property.

A yard sign is included in the $499 package and will be shipped to you for placement on the property. Fairway Realty is a licensed Kentucky real estate brokerage, and our advertising must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure requirements. The sign will display our brokerage's contact information and include space for your own contact information so buyers can reach you directly.

The $499 package covers listing and marketing your property as described in the package. You handle offer review, negotiations, and coordinating the sale through closing. We handle listing-related questions and status updates. Contract review, negotiation assistance, and transaction management are not included in the base package but can be discussed separately.

You can request cancellation at any time without an additional cancellation fee. Canceling the listing does not cancel an existing purchase agreement or obligations you have already accepted.

If you cancel before we begin preparing your listing, we'll refund your listing fee. Once listing preparation has begun, the fee is nonrefundable.

The initial listing term is six months from the initial listing agreement. Extensions are available at no additional charge.

We can extend your listing at no additional charge. Contact us before your listing expires to arrange an extension.

Selling it yourself isn't for everyone. Fairway Realty offers additional assistance and full-service options, and we'll agree on the services and pricing before providing them. Talk about full-service selling.
